At every point in the session, Lucy was very communicative and confident. She kept me informed on her thoughts about my poses, the lighting, composition, and location, so I always felt like she had my back and was working toward getting the best pictures possible. During the shoot I was having so much fun just playing around and seeing what worked, and the final results feel natural, candid, and wonderfully light and dreamy, exactly how I wanted them to be. We talked about our hobbies and fandoms throughout, which helped build a connection and kept everything fun and casual during such a vulnerable situation. Lucy makes you so comfortable to just be yourself; the session felt more like playing around with a friend than just taking portraits, and the photos are so much better than I ever imagined.
